In the past 20 years I have acquired extensive experience in the field of graphic web design, electronic publishing and the rail, waste and fleet industries. In this time, I have managed a small team of web designers, a team of technical support analysts and C#/SQL developers, running several telephone based technical helpdesks. I have also gained an NVQ in Level 3 Management from the Chartered Management Institute as well as Foundation ITIL. I am currently working as a Senior software support engineer using SQL to solve customer requests and troubleshoot database/software issues.
