• Draw-up the maintenance strategy and verify its application and compliance, through the management and control of the maintenance master plan, its update and optimization. Participation in the development and follow-up of the base budget for annual maintenance and quarterly forecast in the LOM (Life of Mine) process. From the analysis of overhaul or cyclical replacement of major and minor components, equipment overhaul, condition monitoring tasks and run to failure (RTF).• Manage the monthly planning based on the annual plan and its weekly monitoring, including preventive maintenance (PM), predictive maintenance (PdM), component replacement plans and backlogs, which maximize reliability (MTBF) and optimize maintainability (MTTR) in order to improve physical availability.• Propose inventory strategies based on corporate policies and availability objectives, starting from asset criticality analysis, through the study of failure patterns, analysis of P-F curves, to classify them after risk assessment: protection spare parts, vital, automatic replenish, minimum and maximum stocks.• Ensure the efficient use of the maintenance management software (SAP-PM), where work orders (WO) information reflects a technical, integrated, reliable structure and is updated in a timely manner with feedback from the field.• Align the asset management of the maintenance deparment with the Company's strategic objectives. Maximizing CAPEX in the long term, optimizing OPEX in the short term, with acceptable risk management and optimization of costs and resources.Achievements:•Completion of weekly maintenance plan over 90%•Implementation of RCM strategies in critical assets (shovels and crushers).•Assure availability of more than 90% in the loading and hauling fleet.
