- Support CNH Industrial LATAM in the organizational structure analysis, optimizing methods to develop and maintenance the company in the correct form. - Design experimental operational forms of organizational structures that assist the managements with decision making.- Maintain the organization structure updated in SAP.- Keep available the first level org chart for the company.- Manage job documentation, databases and tables related to positions, organizational units, cost centers at SAP HR.- Support the company in the SAP HR. - Collaborate with the HR area in the processes definition, developing methods and procedures that improve all the company.

Duties and Responsibilities:- Provide support to HR department concerning interpretation of compensation practices and guidelines.- Assist in the execution and administration and providing analytical support to for a variety of - compensation policies and programs.- Develop appropriate job descriptions.- Conduct job evaluation and analysis.- Evaluate current job positions, promotions, and compensation proposals for prospective employees. - Assist in the execution of "performance and leadership" program involving “nine box” methodology.- Manage job documentation, job descriptions, databases and tables related to job codes, and job families at SAP HR. - Identify compensation issues/trends and provide analyses and recommendations.- Conduct salary surveys interpreting salary data and performing analysis.
