- organize/execute marekting activities as agreed in Cluster Brand Plan, multichannel activities(webinars, edms, website content creation, newsletters, videos, gamification)- working closely together with medical and therapuetic area lead- New product launch (planning, execution, follow up)- Organize launch event, marketing events- Monitor market development and competitor activities on the given market- Responsible for preparation and localization of cluster materials (creation and localize to the given market, translation, work together with designers, printing house, submissions, etc)- Implement, organize and execute multichannel marketing activities- Responsible for localizing training materials to support communication of representatives with customers- Interactions with 3rd parties for organizing customer events (seminars, congresses, workshops)- Administrative management of 3rd parties - Monitor and analyze sales reports- Manage budget- Organize brand related internal events

• Managing corporate communication interfaces on a daily basis (social media, website) • Continuous follow up of the program calendar• Coordination of creative materials related to marketing assets• Preparation of films, advertisements, posters, cast brochure, monthly repertoire brochures • Support of the marketing team in the daily operative tasks• Update press list, daily contact with journalist and with the media agency, media monitoring• Active participation in the organising of news conferences• Active participation in the preparation of tender documents• Billing and administrative tasks
