Hier ben ik o.a. verantwoordelijk voor het selecteren van onderwerpen voor het programma. Daarnaast ben ik als Floormanager verantwoordelijk voor het maken van het draaiboek van de afleveringen en dat deze wordt opgevolgd. Ook de ontvangst van de gasten en het verzorgen van de sfeer is een onderdeel van de Floormanager. Dit is volledig vrijwilligerswerk en wordt uitgevoerd in de avonden en weekenden voor een uitzending.

Belangrijk is dat de mystery shopper op een betrouwbare manier de klantvriendelijkheid kan beoordelen.

Op Fontys Hogescholen Eindhoven ben ik door docenten gevraagd coaching te geven aan dertig eerstejaars studenten bij het leerarrangement Businessplan. Hier mocht ik samen met een docent vragen, over het maken van een businessplan, beantwoorden die deze studenten als eindproduct moeste opleveren. Daarnaast heb ik ook creatieve sessies gehouden met eerstejaars zodat zij ideeën konden bedenken van businessconcepten die verwerkt moesten worden tot businessplan.
