Add work-life balance to support 2 kids in travel hockey, the ingredients for psychological safety, and a dash of “boring” activist. Still, is this enough to address the housing unaffordability crisis? I won’t be out there making the headlines, but when was the last time publicly protesting actually made a difference in the last 20 years?My architectural experience currently includes retail- both shell and TI, community housing, parking structures, warehouses, high-rise hotels, and multi-family residential. I have experience with single-family residential, podium, PT high rise, mass timber, and passive haus.I have worked with or managed international teams in Brazil, Ukraine, and China, and I love providing mentorship and training for younger aspiring architects.
