I’m also a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and have extensive experience with methodologies like GDF, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, and Design Thinking.I’m proud to have co-developed a patent-pending ONA system for mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations. In 2020, I was honored to be named Emerging Innovator of the Year at the NWA Tech Summit. Additionally, I co-founded the People Analytics Society (PAS) under DCH, an international association of HR executives with more than 4,000 members across 12 countries, where I also serve as an Ambassador in the US.
