Reporting jointly to IBSA-Bouty Italian Division Director of Reaserch and Development I am responsible for evaluating, managing and the developing new pharmaceutical products, comsetics, medical devices and nutraceuticals, for topical and systemic administration. The pharmaceutical development is realised taking the regulatory implications and GMP and GLP directives into account. Coordination of R&D laboratories and production facilities, inside or outside the Company, in order to develop new products and proceed with the Technology Transfer, providing technical leadership for technical transfer products and processes. The Technology Transfer Manager ensures current process technical issues are solved in a timely manner and takes a lead role in the Technology Transfer team.
