He obtained an Industrial Engineering degree (major in Electric Systems) in 2013, a Master's degree in Research in Engineering Systems Modeling in June 2015, and holds a PhD in Engineering Systems Modeling since 2017, both from Universidad Pontificia Comillas. In September 2017, he joined the ICAI School of Engineering as Researcher at the Institute for Research in Technology (IIT), where he is part of the Intelligent System group. He was also Co-founder of a company (Stemy Energy S.L).He has developed several optimization models and algorithms in Matlab, GAMS, C and C++ and run them in different clouds. He is the main author of several versions of SPLODER: buildings, buildings real time, aggregator, microgrids and system. He has also expertise in electronics development and embedding algorithms in microprocessors. He has participated in projects (Endesa, Iberdrola, Gas Natural…) since 2017 and has more than 10 publications since 2013.
