Managed the overall operation of the departments in Saudi Arabia and Lebanon including the project management, the technology adoption, and design of systems and implementations of actual applications. Offshore Department Setup Setup a new offshore department for SAG in Lebanon. The setup included the recruitment of the offshore team and training the resources to use the development frameworks, tools and infrastructure systems.Operation Management Defined the technical development process and set up the standards for development, the coding conventions, department policies and testing and development procedures. Created all the project plans and implemented them in Primavera. Setup Primavera 5.0 in production mode along with the Primavera server that runs on Tomcat and hosts timesheets. Written a number of proposals for the clients with SRS documents, project costing and project plan.

Backend Systems SetupSetup the backend system for optimizing the infrastructure operation. The systems includethe following setups: Source Code Repository: The system consists of a tight integration of SVN runnning on top of Apache httpd webserver and Trac HelpDesk System: Setup HelpCore a service desk software package for managing the differnet software / hardware assets across the organization. The application was driven by a workflow built on team ot Percussion that allows project manager to track the progress of each team member and accept or reject the reports. Developped Web applications for Trilog Group using the FlowBuilder a java application framework running on Tomcat that is exact imitation of the IBM Lotus Notes framework and Percussion Workflow using Java. Participated in the optimization of the FlowBuilder framework. Implemented java components and optimized the Graphical User Interface of the development studio. Conducted a test suite for FlowBuilder to run on different database servers, and participated in fixing the bugs of the application server.

Jan 2003 Participated in the design, analysis and implementation of the room33 website http://www.room33.com. The website was one of the first to provide mobile services using SMS and the SNMP protocol, using Bea WebLogic application server running on top of MS SQL 2000 database. Implementation of the SMS Platform a platform that runs mobile applications based on SMS requests. The platform's architecture offers an API that allows the implementation of SMS applications using EJBs. Participated in the initial draft of the SMNP protocol release
