I've been working in Motorsport since the past 15 years, covering several areas, from Technical and Sporting management to Logistics, for several teams and organizations. I always loved to diversify my work experiences, in order to have a full knowedge of Motorsport industry from different perspectives. This has allowed me not only to accept new challenges, but also to professionally manage new tasks and projects. I've been involved both in rallies and circuit programs, both in Italy and abroad, both in official programs and in Customer Racing programs. I have developed excellent skills in general coordination of resources (technical but also human), and the ability to effectively interact with the main stakeholders acting in the Motorsport scenario (Manufacturers, Private Customers and Official Drivers, Engineers and designers, ASNs, Sponsors).I am a great tech and engineering enthusiast, and my work has allowed me to get in touch with a wide variety of racing vehicles, in which I have developed extensive knowledge on a technical level, their dynamic behavior in road / track conditions, setup, tires management and electronics, in terms of data acquisition and data analysis.
