Serving as a Regional Information Technology Trainer for NC FAST and the Division of Child Welfare Services Project 4 (P4). I develop and facilitate Instructor-Led, Web Based, and Virtual Training on NC- FAST system functionality for Social Service agents and their affiliates for 100 counties across the state of NC. I also design, develop and implement training curricula for the NC FAST System which includes interactive web based facilitator guides, job aids, procedures, participant guides and assessments. Coordinated with staff to create the overall functionality, appearance and interactivity of modules and lessons. Customized the functionality of 15 training modules in order to shift staff successfully from one major platform to the most updated implementation. Successfully voiced narration into the Pre Implementation Familiarization Course and increased the aesthetic appeal and overarching reach of the training to over 8,000 participants.

Developed and revised 20 virtual training modules for online insurance customer service representatives.
