Evaluate TPM performance of involved parties, advise and coach. Author, and edit equipment TPM manuals of technical processes. Perform quarterly audits of TPM performance by equipment operators. Evaluate new equipment to determine and create preventive maintenance (PM) tasks, intervals, and schedules. Collaborate with multiple departments, ensuring company standards are adhered to and improved upon.Promote and represent the company at job fairs and educational events.
