Responsibilities:- Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule;- Ensuring that the production is cost effective;- Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality;- Working out the human and material resources needed;- Drafting a timescale for the job;- Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed;- Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programs;- Liaising among different departments, e.g. suppliers, managers;- Implement the company's policies and goals;- Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed;- Supervising and motivating a team of workers (production staff of 72 workers);- Reviewing worker performance;- Identifying training needs.

Responsibilities:- Determining, negotiating and agreeing in-house quality procedures, standards and/or specifications.- Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met.- Specifying quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers.- Investigating and setting standards for quality and safety.- Ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with standards at both national and international level.- Working with operating staff to establish procedures, standards, systems and procedureswriting management/technical reports and customers’ charters.- Determining training needs.- Acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance/quality- Directing objectives to maximize profitability- Recording, analyzing and distributing statistical information- Monitoring performance- Supervising Q/C staff.Meanwhile worked on developing and constructing quality management systems for tow other sister companies.
