Current•Responsible for monitoring and maintaining product quality.•Monitoring and auditing of products to achieve high standards of quality.•. Ensuring products comply with food legislation and quality assurance codes and customer requirements and satisfaction.•To ensure all QA tests are carried out at right time.•Carrying out daily quality checks, CCP checks, GMP audit, Internal audits, Chemical tests, Organoleptic tests, moisture test and all other necessary checks.•Identify training needs and provide them.•Ensuring non-conforming products are identified and placed on restriction.•Coordinating the investigation of customer complaints.•To ensure product specs are accurate and update • To complete and update Quality procedures.
