Current• Led the successful implementation of Procore as the new Construction Management software by analyzing and selecting the platform, then developing and executing the DGC project implementation plan. Spearheaded both the in-house and Procore implementation teams to ensure a smooth deployment.• Analyzed and implemented a new Construction Bid Management software system in collaboration with the Estimating team to define system requirements. Conducted a thorough evaluation of in-house development versus third-party options, preparing cost and time estimates for both. Concluded that the packaged solution offered superior functionality and cost-effectiveness compared to a custom-designed system.• Collaborated with our Managed Service Provider (MSP) to design a new network strategy, including hardware and software upgrades. The design featured load-balanced servers to improve processing efficiency and ensure continued productivity in the event of a server failure.• Developed and implemented a comprehensive disaster recovery plan, including an analysis of our current IT configuration, identification of vulnerabilities, and the creation of a robust strategy to ensure business continuity in the event of a disaster.• Analyzed and researched Voice Over IP (VoIP) phone solutions to replace traditional copper lines.
