At this job, my overall responsibility was to assist the Director of Finance and Accounts Payable staff. I helped with payment and data verification, checking invoice statuses, filing and retrieving documents, contacting vendors and other departments to attain related information, and copying and scanning documents. Further, I created, maintained, and updated spreadsheets for monitoring in Accounts Payable. Recently I have been verifying lease and contract documentation and working heavily within the IBM accounting system. Additionally, I would assist the staff with auditing various documents including leases, contracts, and invoices.

I cashiered, merchandised various products in this position, and assisted with product displays. Alongside, I would maintain the front end of the store to ensure cleanliness and organization. Maintaining customer relations was also a prominent factor in this job experience.

In this position, I worked in a group setting where we played with the children of the community. As a guard, I essentially supervised the ongoing activities to ensure safety protocols. Because of pandemic implications, I also disinfected the park after individual visits.

In this position, I organized and worked within various store departments, sold company credit cards as a cashier/sales associate, and worked in the jewelry department as a sales associate.
