• Executing all transactions for TDs & CDs (purchase, amend or full liquidation).• Handling Green Pearl Deposits (purchase and full liquidation) transactions and update special spread rates of TDs and Green Pearls as per the Treasury approvals.• Efficient in handling daily utility payment functions processing and reconciliation .• Implement, reverse and amend LGs/LCs/ Credit cards collaterals and link rights.• Apply and amend call accounts with the special rates.• Execute standing instructions (Internal Transfers/ Swift / ACH / FX).• Handle all fund transfers upon retail recoveries instructions (credit card settlements).• Executing payroll requests, E-payments requests, and internal transfers whether In Egyptian Pound or any other foreign Currency.• Handling non-commercial and foreign exchange requests and the Bank drafts (issue/ cancelation) requests.• Implement the account settlements and deducting bank fees and payment.• Execute settlements of safe boxes and add / Release block (DR/CR) on accounts.

• Explaining the rejection reasons to the branches. • Salvaging the rejected credit cards. • Taking deviations and approvals needed to each case to issue the credit card. • Making analysis for each area and region by approval rates. • Making analysis for each sales channel by rejection reasons in order to avoid them. • Making training sessions for all sales channels to refresh the policy and explain the policy changes
