• Negotiate multi-annual strategic output deals within major studios (e.g. Disney, NBCU, WB) and independent distributors, by managing a programming budget exceeding $100M annually.• Work out programming development of local original productions, by designing different business models such as pre-buys, co-productions, etc.• Run P&L models, issue and negotiate external offers, and build internal business cases.• Negotiate Turner’s content programming budget and manage together with internal stakeholders the development of long-range plans.• Responsible with other international regions for all global acquisitions for Cartoon Network.• Lead the acquisition of kids’ animation and other properties for Cartoon Network with consumer products incentives and revenues, generating opportunities that exceed $1M annually.• Designed and executed an internal content sharing system, across Turner’s portfolio of networks, to share acquired rights and ensure usage efficiency.
