With over 40 years of experience in the vehicle maintenance industry, I am the CEO/President of Fleet Maintenance Specialists Inc, a consulting group that supports the transit sector with technical and maintenance management services. I founded this group in 2019, after leading Vehicle Technical Consultants as the CEO for 17 years, where I gathered a team of nationally recognized maintenance experts and delivered solutions to transit agencies and fleet owners.My core competencies include process improvement, new business development, vehicles, technical consulting, and zero-emission bus (ZEB) market. I hold a credential in Vehicle Maintenance Management Practices from the University of Washington and a background in Automotive Engineering Technology/Technician from Cypress College. My mission is to help my clients achieve the highest level of performance possible by providing on-site inspections, audits, analysis, program development, training, and expert witness services. I also facilitate collaboration and cost reduction on capital purchases by leveraging my industry knowledge and network.
