With over 15 years of experience in advocating gender inclusion, youth employment, child protection and capacity building, I possess strong history of providing humanitarian leadership and support in community development and crisis management. By leveraging my multitasking abilities and managerial skills, I have successfully orchestrated end-to-end phases of large-scale projects and programmes from conceptualization, budgeting and development to implementation, evaluation and reporting. Among my many competencies is the ability to work in conflict-affected environments by consistently adapting to new situations and challenges. I have been integral in mobilizing funds and coordinating principled humanitarian action by forging constructive partnerships with multi-cultural organizations as demonstrated in my recent role in UN Mission in South Sudan (UNMISS). I offered recommendations to mitigate concerns pertaining to social protection of civilians and resettlement of IDPs.
