The name is French, but I am Brazilian, born and raised with my 6 siblings in S J Campos, SP. Catholic, Boy Scout, Mechanical Technician, Business Adm and Specialist in Business Management. Father of 3 wonderful daughters and grandfather of a beautiful granddaughter.I'm proactive, direct and dynamic. I have many goals and I'm committed to achieving them. I tend to maintain a position of dominance for personal authority and control. I like to feel that I'm appreciated and respected by others.I have a lot of energy and am drawn to situations where others might find it too stressful. I master the sense of urgency and act in a driving and motivating way. I think and react quickly, adapt to challenging situations, and use my assertiveness and persuasion to motivate others to accept my proposals.I absorb knowledge through practice: trial and error is my tactic. I'm more likely to base a decision on my past experiences than on the advice or teachings of others. I learn through concrete tasks rather than abstract ideas, and I learn best when I'm excited. Boredom is terrible for me, it distracts me and I lose information. I'm very social and I don't pass up an opportunity to build networking. Chatting with others and creating new networks are important learning tools for me. If a colleague or friend tells me how a goal has been achieved, it is certain that I will remember and employ the strategies in my work. I also pay close attention to what doesn't work for other people and organizations, avoiding these tactics, no matter how common or traditional.Action-oriented entrepreneur, with the main objective of achieving results; in building my career I worked hard and set goals, often based on progressing in the company or becoming a more important person in organizations.Confident, I always hope things work out. And they usually do. I'm not constrained by limitations and conform to the rules, as I understand the need for them to exist. However, I tend to see them more as guides or suggestions for behavior rather than orders. I believe that my ability to think differently is important to organizations.I have solid foundations and values about what is morally and ethically right and wrong, and I am firmly attached to these principles. It is unlikely that anyone will be able to convince me to contradict my beliefs.On the other hand, I hate it when I don't have control of the situation, I'm averse to inefficiency, routine, lack of prestige and insecurity.
