Managing and controlling all activities in the Raw Material and Finished products Warehouses of Dairy, Ice cream & Plastic.

.Entrusted to the Raw Materials & Finished Products Plant Warehouses.Oversee the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods.Ensure quality, delivery and objectives are met.Ensure workplace health, cleanliness, security and safety requirements are met.Review invoices, work orders and demand forecasts.Keep stock control system up to date and plan future capacity requirements.Produce regular reports and statictics on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis.Supervise all Production Request for material.Supervise all receptions of Finished products from Production department.Manage timing for loading and unloading trucks.Day-to-day supervision of staff (64) and oversee work organized by Warehouse Keepers.Communicate with other departments to coordinate warehouses activities, such as: production, sales, accounting, purchasing, staff groups and customers, and respond to their needs.Inspect physical conditions of warehouses, vehicule fleets and equipments

.Contracts follow up from quote requests to project execution.L/C opening and documents conformity.Assisting CEO during projects survey
