Reporting to Regional Accounting Manager (RAM)• Handling Depot’s overall financial activities.• Preparing KPIs for the depot performance.• Preparing Debtors Reconciliations.• Fixed Assets Management, responsible to keep track of Depot Assets according to SAP and identifying missing Assets.• Keeping Internal Controls very tight and identifying loose ends and give suggestions to strengthen the controls.• Week-end & Month-end reporting relating to Sales, Credit Customers, & Fixed Assets.• Prepare monthly Journal Vouchers for Petty Cash related expenses and Cash & Bank Book.• Reconciliation Bank Statement weekly basis.• Reconciliation of sales distribution routes.• Conduct surprise audits of the distribution routes.• Daily monitoring of Cash collected physically and depositing it to the Bank on timely basis.• Ensuring smooth Billing procedures in relation to Credit Customers.• Verification and Confirmation of Credit Customer balances due.• Updation and Maintenance of Customer Information.• Handling Petty Cash. - Perform miscellaneous activities as per the instructions from Regional & Head Office.• Implementing archiving policies in line with the company’s policies.

Reporting to CEO:• Responsible for smooth Billing process – both Terms and Credit Cards;• Ensure effective Accounts Receivable maintenance and timely recovery of amounts due;• Provide help to customers in queries relating to Billing over phone;• Responsible for preparing Salary, Bonuses and Commissions;• Prepare routine entries and post financial transactions;• Reconcile entries and internal ledgers to financial reporting system reports;• Reconcile Bank statements weekly, monthly and annually;• Reconcile Sales reports on weekly and monthly basis;• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned;• Experienced Administration work;• Observed Tele-Sales work to know more about customer behaviors.
