Joined the in-house team to the develop new features and prepare/present technical demonstrations for Office Templater, the company’s application available on the ServiceNow store.Responsible for implementing HTML support when converting ServiceNow form entries into Word and Excell documents, and adding PowerPoint templates to the list of available options. Two features commonly requested by existing and prospective clients.Worked as a ServiceNow consultant for Miltenyi Biotec and was responsible for migrating the company’s data and business workflows (ITSM and PPM) to the recently bought ServiceNow instance.After deploying the changes to production, the focus shifted to developing new features (data visualisation tools and reports) and improving existing features as requested by the client.

Continuation of the project started at Fruition Partners. Tasked with migrating DXC’s data and business workflows (ITSM and PPM) to the ServiceNow platform and integrating it with other company tools.Provided customer and platform support after it’s release and worked as a ServiceNow consultant tasked with customizing the platform to meet the business needs of Jerónimo Martins, one of the company’s biggest clients.

Recruited for both ServiceNow System Administrator and ServiceNow developer courses.After obtaining the course certification, the next project consisted in developing a fresh ServiceNow instance that would be used for corporate management by the parent company DXC Technology.

Created websites templates using the company’s recently developed website builder, with focus on testing, designing and suggesting new features that would entice clients to upgrade to the new software.After the application’s release, the work shifted to recreating the templates available in the company’s store in the new platform and migrating existing customers to the new platform.The final months at the company were spent creating custom websites for clients using the website builder and doing customer support for both the new and legacy websites.
