• Support the site to implement a sustainable problem solving & process improvement capability at all levels• Ensure the Site Leadership are improving their Daily Performance Management to meet global and divisional minimum standards• Ensure site leadership are improving their CI planning to meet global & divisional minimum standards• Ensure the Site Leaders have the right Lean organizational structure and capabilities• Responsible for developing lean capabilities in Site leaders through learn-by-doing methods• Ensure site are deploying & sustaining Lean Manufacturing Process Design & Improvement using lean tools methods & techniques• Ensures Site Leadership are deploying and sustaining Business Process Design & Improvement using the Lean tools Methods and Techniques and following Global Min standards for BPI Deployment• Coach and teach site leadership to develop their core skills to support CI deployment• Identify opportunities to implement common processes and best practices from other sites • Coordinate all IMCIP activities & support MCIP activities• Support other Aptiv sites

• Support the organization with sustaining the ISO9001 and IATF 16949 certification• Lead problem solving activities for customer complaints/issues• Perform/support root cause analysis methodology using the quality tools• Develop and implement preventive actions• Support plant floor inspections• Manage and help to establish breakpoint for non-conforming material• Support product launches, engineering changes and/or improvement changes and ensures quality systems are updated in compliance• Monitor floor to ensure product is produced according to customer specification and inspection activities are being conducted in accordance with control plan requirements• Assists in training new Quality employees • Manage quality metrics and present findings and recommendations to the management team• Maintain quality documents such as control plans, PFMEA, flow chart and work instructions• Participate in PFMEA activities to identify risks on process (reverse PFMEA)• Perform internal process audits and 5S in accordance with published schedules and procedures• Lead the customer process audits (VDA 6.3 and FIEV)

• Prepare the documentation and technical data relating to a project• Analyze and read customer drawings and specifications• Support the preparation of prototypes, pilot/pre-serial and aftermarket harnesses• Support the coordination and implementation of engineering changesfollowing the planning defined• Define and implement continuous improvement activities in the production process• Participate in the execution of standardized work studies and respective documentation
