I joined SKY DROP INDUSTRIES as General Manager when daily sales were at 300 cartons, and production was 600 cartons during the day and 1000 cartons with day and night shifts. Through a strategic plan, I increased production to 2100 cartons per day while eliminating the night shift to reduce unnecessary labor costs. By fostering collaboration between the production and sales teams, we successfully met consumer demands and increased sales to 1500 cartons per day in less than two months.
