• Designing different kind of hookups for liner hanger systems • Prepare all kind and sizes of Hydraulic & Mechanical Liner Hangers, external casing packers & packers, using all types of cement pack off bushings and different running tools on land location, offshore location: shallow water, deep water and drilling ship. • Preparing and Running jobs for all operating companies in Egypt as well as other international operating companies.• Assembling, testing for Various Hook ups utilizing all Baker Oil Tools equipment and products.• Ensures that equipment is fit for purpose and meets client specifications• Work to improve safety and insure quality processes.• Develop pre-job operating skills.• Select proper tools and equipment. • Mentor Junior Engineers. • Participate in investigations and Problems solving
