Primary Technical Specialist for data protection product portfolio (Veritas and Veeam)who assists Softchoice Sales and Presales teams assess customers’ needs and present key technologies and solutions to solve customers’ issues. Maintain the day to day support of data protection offerings while providing support to Sales and Pre-Sales teams as Subject Matter Expert. Responsibilities include creating and obtaining approval on the quarterly business plan tied to objectives. ExpertConnect Pre Sales Specialist (Virtualization)Assisting Zones Account Executives and customers with Virtualization projects/opportunities. Other duties include managing both ExpertConnect Infrastructure and ExopertConnect Security queue and to ensure optimal assignment of sales opps to the appropriate ExpertConnect specialist based on the criteria set forth in the new ExpertConnect charter/mission statement. Other duties include supporting growth of all ExpertConnect solution categories and increase awareness of Zones’ value proposition and image as a provider of comprehensive technology solutions provider. I contributed to the success of the ExpertConnect team exceeding its gross profit goals each quarter/fiscal year as well as contributed to the goal to have Zones reach the billion dollar mark.
