With a decade of experience as an architectural designer 7 years as a teacher and 5 years as a certified architectural designer/supervisor by the Iran Construction Engineering Organization, I have had the privilege of working with various architecture companies in Iran and the UK. This has allowed me to comprehensively understand building regulations and planning requirements, particularly in the UK. I am well-versed in UK building regulations and planning permission processes, focusing on residential development projects such as house extensions, loft and garage conversions, and flat conversions.I possess the ability to effectively manage architectural documents throughout all stages of a project, both prior to and during construction. This includes conducting project site visits, performing site surveys, engaging in discussions with builders and customers to obtain acceptance for proposed solutions, and providing support through the use of technical documents and drawings.
