Over the past 25 years I have logged thousands of teaching, training, coaching and mentoring hours working with leaders, entrepreneurs, senior managers and individual contributors, helping them find their best selves. As Head of Education of an IT company I have become intimately familiar with what it takes to work at the highest level in an organisation. Combining the skills of practitioner, qualified coach and teacher means I can take on several roles while working with my clients. My primary objective is to help people understand where they are professionally and what they need to do next to achieve their goals. Sometimes the way forward is simple, other times it needs some support in terms of training and advice. My approach is to explore and find what is necessary to maximise success. That starts with rapport and making the conversations safe and energising. Then we go from there.
