Functional Movement Specialist

Assisting customers in finding specific products/supplements. Having an-encompassing understanding of supplements throughout store. Closing and opening duties.

Approached new gym members about possible personal training. Went through what is known as a F/A or Fitness Assessment to find out where the member was in regard to health and physical fitness. Helped members to develop routines and programs for the future. Also, trained many members using customized programs suited to that client. Called leads to inquire about training. Oversaw the work ethic, knowledge, and dedication of the gyms other trainers. Made sure they were up to date with all NASM ethics.

Instructed children about the fundamentals of soccer. Having the children get to know each other and work well with a team.
