Achievements:· Led the establishment of Exound's after-sales knowledge base containing 12 pro-audio product series using the Yuque platform (a document collaboration platform of Alibaba), providing technical guidance to over 17k customers.· Led the founding and development of Exound's video channel to achieve a total watch of 400k within two years, attracting over 12k followers and 9k monthly active followers across the platforms.· Joint launched Exound's weekly live-streaming business, which reached a record of 15k views during a single session.

Position Roles:· Assist in managing recording session reservations.· Prepare cabling, miking and position layout for recording sessions.· Assist the recording engineer during sessions.

· Assist in-class material delivery.· Tutor after-class personal sessions for level 100-300 Chinese course students.

Assistant in evaluating the latest pro-audio equipment and writing daily news reports about the audio industry.
