I developed a program at one store that the company wanted rolled out to the other stores. At the time, Home Depot had about 400 stores. I was given 8 regional trainers and they each had 10 district trainers. We trained about 4,000 employees in about 3 months.I wrote all of the training materials, as well as wrote and produced and participated in the training videos.
