Throughout my life I've received one compliment far more than any others: I ask great questions. Going forward in my legal practice, I realize the importance of knowing what isn't known, i.e., what legal issues aren't settled yet, and the resulting ramifications for novel factual situations that do not fit well within established legal standards. As automation creates efficiencies that lower the cost of legal services for clients, I intend continuously to live in the moment, understanding the moving the edge of knowledge and how my clients' issues sort into those that the automation of certainty can efficiently address vs. those that require sound probability judgments based upon a comprehensive awareness of the legal and practical environment that will determine the outcome. It is from this position of inquisitive strength that I provide trustworthy legal services to my clients in the areas of cyber/information security, intellectual property, and business law.
