Projects developed in Spain and Argentina.- Developed a 5-year plan growth for one of the largest EPC companies in Spain, focused on its industrial services business, by identifying the most attractive market opportunities, competitors and client capabilities and recommended the strategy best suited for the client.- Defined an entry strategy for one of the largest EPC Spanish company interested in the US logistics market by analysing the best market opportunities within the sector, potential locations across the US, competitors and returns of each strategy alongside with client capabilities.- Analysed and reviewed the operations in the Adolfo Suárez - Madrid Barajas Airport for one of the largest Spanish airlines. Recommended the best strategy which fitted its growth plan.- Developed Commercial Due Dilligences for one of the largest Spanish private-held water supply companies and for an European Private Equity on the dermocosmetics market.- Performed a turnaround analysis and recommended profit strategies for one of the largest bread producers in Argentina. Implemented some of the recommended strategies and led S&OP design and implementation in Argentina. Helped on the implementation of the Argentinian best-practice S&OP process on other South American operations and on the integration of said processes.- Developed COVID-19 economic and technical reports.- Implemented a portfolio rationalization, short-term production planification and S&OP process for a middle market confectionary manufacturer.

Led project workstreams, performed quantitative and financial analysis, learned structuring projects and properly treating with clients, set up models as a tool for clients in Spain and Cyprus.- Performed an Independent Business Review and treasury analysis, recommended a treasury plan and participated in the banks meetings in a restructuring process of an EPC Spanish company with over €600m revenue with liquidity issues.- Developed a Supply & Operations Planning (S&OP) for one of the top Spanish independent food manufacturers and led workstreams during the supply chain integration after the buyout of one of its main competitors.- Planned and implemented a carve-out process of the Non-performing Loans (NPL) business of one of the largest banks in Cyprus. Prepared the needed documents for European Banking Regulators. Led the post carve-out PMO.- Defined an entry strategy for a company interested in setting up plastic recycling plants across Europe, identifying the most profitable locations based on identifying its potential suppliers, clients, regulations and different plants combinations.
