I started catering by helping my aunty and mom with their small-scale locally catering/baking business which later made me diversify into studying at the catering school. The catering school made me engage in many professional courses on Catering competencies, hygiene, safety, cooking, baking and many more. So far, I have worked in the confectionary companies while pursuing a part time degree at the university.
