I am passionate about training and helping people grow and develop, and have been recognised for helping people perform at their best. I am currently focused on helping people through coaching, mentoring, teaching and facilitating, both individually and in groups. Contact me for one-to-one Life Coaching (career growth, personal finance and personal effectiveness), Training and Facilitation on soft skills, personal development as well as to build HR Capability of HR Teams.I love the energy of training a room full of people and hearing the “aha’s” when they get a concept I am teaching. My expertise in and love for training led to my receiving the best trainer award at P&G IMEA.My coaching clients and protégés tell me that I provide non-judgemental listening. This allows them to be authentic with me and enables us to find the clarity they are seeking, with the ultimate result being their personal growth. I am happiest when I help someone get clarity about what needs to happen to get them to their next stage of development and I enjoy being their cheerleader while they do it.My ability to listen empathetically and my desire to see people grow led me to coaching - for individuals and groups. My Human Resources career has allowed me to hone my listening, coaching, training and facilitation skills.I am currently on a mission to grow and develop as many people as I can either 1:1 (via coaching and mentoring) or in groups (via teaching and facilitating).
