Folasade is the Head of FITC Learning and Global Training with 20 years working experience. She is a prolific Trainer and Human Capacity Development expert, with strong inherent business development skills. She started her career in the Insurance Industry in 2005 and joined FITC in February 2007. During her over thirteen (13) years working experience in FITC, she has spent eleven (11) of this years in Learning and Human Capacity Development department. She has worked across different business units within the department. She was once the head of Open Enrolment and In-plant units within the Learning and Development Department.Folasade is an eloquent, expressive and articulated Trainer and Human Capacity Development expert. She has facilitated in many programmes at FITC. She possesses the expertise to identify the training needs of personnels in an organisation and has been actively involved in the designing and delivery of customised courses to many institutions in both the Financial and Non-Financial sectors in Nigeria Folasade is a certified training professional and certified assessor by Finance Accreditation Agency, Malaysia.
