Great organizations, to Sade, are as defined in the book “Pulling Profit from a hat" by Monte Wyatt & Brad Sugars”, are sustainable, predictable, stable and consistent with an emotional connection whilst satisfying all their constituents.My mission is to partner and provoke 500 entrepreneurs to build sustainable and thriving organizations and thereby create/sustain at least 50,000 jobs. For me to achieve this, every one of my clients must not only grow rapidly but must succeed long-term in terms of the brand strength and valuation. My prior experience, spanning over thirty (30) years, was in public accounting, finance, financial advisory including business valuations, business planning, risk management, talent development and business strategy formulation. I have worked with organisations that require a re-birth or transformation that propelled them for growth.I hold a first class Bachelors (BSc) degree in Computer Science/Economics from the University of Ife (1985), Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (1989), a CFA Charter-holder (2000) from the CFA Institute, an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (2023), a Certified Coach by ActionCOACH Business Coaching (2018) and a certified Facilitator of the addingzeos concept by AddingZeros Inc (2021). I am a DISC and MOTIVATOR certified practitioner.I currently serve on the Boards of several commercial and non-for-profit organisations. I have received two recognitions from the CFA Community; at the CFA Society Nigeria level as a Platinum member for being outstanding in establishing the Society and supporting its advocacy efforts and a Lifetime Achievement award from the CFA Institute.
