As a Sourcing Manager I am responsible for managing the sourcing function in Budapest for Morgan Stanley. We are covering all inbound candidates of advertising, events, career site and referrals. A Nordconn komplett csapata részt vesz ezekben a projektekben, így időt szakítok a csapattagok és termék portfóliónk fejlesztésére is.I design complex recruitment solutions for the customers of Nordconn in order to help them overcoming their challanges. I help creating sourcing strategy, reengineer recruitment process using available digital solutions. The goal is increasing efficiency while decresing cost. The full Nordconn team is involved in these projects, so I find some time to develope our people and also our product portfolio.
