We are working with brands such as Games Workshop, Vallejo, The Army Painter, Corvus Belli (Infinity), Para Bellum (Conquest), Wyrd Games (Malifaux) and many more. We also have a small retail store in Székesfehérvár.

Supply chain disruptions, eager yet disappointed customers, high overhead costs, and supplier dependencies are everyday realities. Despite these challenges, local stores remain the lifeblood of our industry—hosting events, fostering communities, and igniting the passion for new games. They are the heart and soul of our sector, and it was this recognition that inspired our transition to distribution.IN 2011, we broadened our horizon to tackle the struggles we knew so well, evolving into a distributor that truly understood retailers’ needs. Starting with two brands and a few friendly stores, we used our retail insights to shape a new breed of distribution service—one that prioritizes seamless operations, fair pricing, and unwavering support. We aimed to lighten the load for local retailers, who, despite being the industry’s backbone, often carried the heaviest burdens.

After spending many years in the demanding environment of multinational companies working in HR, Recruitment and Marketing, I decided to completley reroll my career and make my hobby my job. This is how we started Inncreative, and this is how tabletop wargaming became my profession. I am building communities in Hungary and abroad by organizing events, developing sites and solutions for other hobbyists.

As a Sourcing Manager I am responsible for managing the sourcing function in Budapest for Morgan Stanley. We are covering all inbound candidates of advertising, events, career site and referrals. Besides, we are providing sourcing activities targeting passive candidates. This is a diverse team of 20 people, with various locations, seniority levels and personalities. We are focusing on personal development, because without the people, we will never achieve our business goals. I am responsible for the following tasks as well:- managing business expectations and collecting demands- process optimization and reengineering- performance management- people management and development- recruitment strategy

I help creating sourcing strategy, reengineer recruitment process using available digital solutions. The goal is increasing efficiency while decresing cost. The full Nordconn team is involved in these projects, so I find some time to develope our people and also our product portfolio.
