At DAEL Thermal I was responsible to handle the internal system changes required to accommodate the rapid growth cycle from 4 million dollars in annual sales to over 10 million. This required allot of hiring and training of new individuals and constantly re-evaluating the systems in play to ensure the customer was getting the best possible service and correspondence. This was a very challenging experience due to the high level of expectation of DAEL Thermal's customer base. When I left the organization I had developed a system and strategy that would allow the company to be organized and proficient up to the 100+ employee and 20+ million in sales range.
