Warehouse management – own inventory relationship with our largest 3PL warehouse, approximately 350,000 sq ft in size. Commercial finance advisory for Americas Operations team. Providing challenge where needed to improve overall business performance of the Americas Operations team. Achieved the best financial performance Operations had experienced in 10 years.Accounting – own all accounting related activities such as accruals, provisions, forecasts, budgets, journals, and recharges across Supply Chain, Food Safety and Quality, Sourcing, Inventory and Supply Planning teams.Supply Chain Performance – Arrived in the USA to a $8mil USD deficit in supply chain under recoveries turning it into a break-even position. Implemented pricing strategies during the pandemic and resulting global supply chain disruptions. These pricing strategies kept in-line with long sales contracts so that Supply Chain team recover costs year on year.
