Network Engineer
Current• Effectively monitors the performance of the network infrastructure, including switches, routers, servers, and other devices using various tools to track network traffic, identify issues, and analyse performance metrics.• Troubleshoots network issues, diagnose, and resolve them as quickly as possible while working with other teams to identify the root cause of the issue and implement solutions to prevent it from recurring.• Maintains and updates the network infrastructure to ensure it operates efficiently and securely; configures and updates network devices, applies security patches, learns, and implements new features and technologies.• Creates and updates network documentation to maintain the health and stability of the network by documenting all changes made to the infrastructure (network diagrams, configuration files, and other related information).• Interfaces with customers on design and integration issues while ensuring the maximum possible service availability and performance of the network.• Manages the progress of existing projects and provides High-Level support and report on status of existing projects.
