iris acquired Pepper in June of 2014.As an Art Director, I work with clients and account staff to plan, develop, and execute design solutions to meet business objectives. This includes scoping and brainstorming, overseeing additional design team resources, creating pitches and mockups, executing digital and print materials, managing assets such as the purchase of stock photography and fonts, quality control and proofing, assets deployment, and pre-press print production.I am the lead designer on Hewlett Packard North America's HP Promotions e-Newsletter, a multi-touch subscription-based promotional email program targeting the Small and Medium Business Market that reaches more than 4.3M subscribers with 7 subscription-based launches a month and 5 behavioral launches per month. I work with HP to develop standards for their email deployment and create template materials to support various efforts. I produce assets and oversee the design process for the program.

An intern for the Residential Hospitality Service's Marketing Communications Department at Michigan State University. Responsibilities include working within a group format to complete advertisements, informational posters, graphics, logos, forms, table tents, promotional materials, and implementing and managing MSU's brand within all materials.
