I'm just another graduate that fell into recruitment in 2005 after completing my degree in Sports Science in Cardiff. Like most I was unsure what I wanted to do post University and was offered the opportunity to move into the crazy world of recruitment. I initially cut my teeth as a recruiter for G2 Recruitment in Bristol, before moving to London to support the growth of Vivid Resourcing under the wing of my current mentor and previous MD Charlie Walker.Over that 10 period I was Top biller on 3 consecutive occasions, G2V top biller twice, and supported the growth of offices in both Manchester and Glasgow exceeding a TO of 30 million. All in addition to training, coaching and mentoring high performance teams in London HQ. In 2015 I took the decision to move back to Bristol with my family where I was Regional Director at Global Recruitment company Opus Talent Solutions running both there two largest cost centres. Three great years but it was time to go alone after 11 years of scaling developing and supporting other people businesses.2018 Method Resourcing was born with the commitment to provide a simple, authentic and uncomplicated recruitment service. I’d become frustrated over the years of companies complicating the process and knew that by keeping things simple, authentic and being completely relationship led it was Method I could execute well. Two years on we have stuck to our guns operating throughout the South West and South East with a mixture of start-ups, scales ups and some of the largest FTSE in the World. We don't want to operate on every PSL under the sun more so identify businesses that operate with us and value our experience and opinion. I feel strongly that there should be mutual respect between all three parties allowing candidates, clients and clients and recruiters to work together to allow a seamless process.
