Jeg arbejder som chefkonsulent med fokus på internationale relationer og projektudvikling. På baggrund af mine mange år som projektleder af EU-projekter arbejder jeg nu for strategisk udvikling af projekter, der bidrager til Aalborgs Erhvervsstrategi. I mit arbejde med strategisk projektudvikling fungerer jeg bl.a. som proceskonsulent og går op i at projekterne giver mening, passer ind i organisationens strategier samt er solidt forankret administrativt og økonomisk. Udover arbejdet med projektudvikling, arbejder jeg med forskellige strategiske internationale relationer til bl.a. Oslo, Gøteborg og Hamborg. I mine år som projektleder fokuserede jeg både på projektledelsen og den finansielle styring af større EU-finansierede projekter - specielt indenfor miljø, energi og regional udvikling. I am currently working as Chief Consultant of International Relations and Project Development. As a result of my long experience as Project Manager of EU Projects, I strive to develop more strategic projects contributing to the Business development strategi of Aalborg. In my work with strategic project development, I act as coach or process consultant to ensure the project contributes to the strategies of the organisation and has a solid administrative and financial foundation. Besides project development, I work with different strategic international relations to e.g. Oslo, Gothenburg and Hamburg.During my years as Project Manager, I focused on project and financial management of large EU-funded projects. Especially in the fields of environment, energy and regional develoment in the Interreg Programmes - North Sea Programme and ÖKS Programme.
