In my role, my task was to grow brainbay, further accelerate customer-driven innovation and relevancy, and further develop our data science competence. We managed to transform brainbay from a cost-center department of 14 employees, to a thriving, profitable cloud-based analytics company with 40 employees. Brainbay is now the leading platform for data driven services and insights in the Dutch real-estate sector, providing a modern analytics toolkit for its highly satisfied users.
