Ergens in 2004 schreef ik voor het eerst een ervaring in de zorg van mij af. Alhoewel, eigenlijk wilde ik de gebeurtenis niet wegschrijven maar juist vasthouden. Gewoon voor mezelf. Tot ik merkte dat anderen aangenaam verrast waren over mijn gekrabbel. In 2014 bundelde ik mijn verhalen en bleef in de pen kruipen. Ooit wil ik het aan het grote publiek geven en hopen dat ze er net zo van genieten als ik heb gedaan en er wat van opsteken. Ik ben door het werk in de zorg een prettiger mens geworden.

The conceptualization, proposal, organization and execution of individual- and group activities for 65 SGLVG clients. REMARKABLE RESULTSSmooth integration of 20 clients in existing group activities, problematic clients were easily coaxed into playing soccer, resulting in a stronger sense of connection and self-confidence amongst clients and colleagues. REMARKABLE RESULTS In 1987, at 21 years of age I was the youngest entrepreneur (bar owner) in the Netherlands. Aside from my duties in the Riding School of my parents, I ran this establishment in Amersfoort for three years. As manager for the Hago Cleaning Crew Amersfoortse Insurance I succeeded, without any added cost – to turn around four status rom “Client-Dissatisfaction’ – to a nomination for “Best Object 1995”.In 1992, after my stints as an Administrative assistant and Catering assistant, I was promoted to General Manager of the large Riding School that my parents owned. (Riding School de Treek, Leusden). My best performance here was the development of a administration system for the riding classes; a significantly simplified and much clearer system - which also resulted in improved quality of the riding classes – resulting in a 15 hour decrease in administrative work each week.
