Transformation: A show that seeks to educate the community about mental illness and empower them to improve overall health in mind, body and spirit through discussions with mental health professionals and other specialists that provide knowledge and resources on how one can build a recovery from a variety of conditions.

My responsibilities include supervising the Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Program, developing programming for the Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Program while monitoring program effectiveness, coordinating substance abuse services for the outpatient clinic which serves 8 counties, facilitating individual and group therapy sessions, providing trauma informed counseling and specializing in the treatment of trauma, completing psychosocial assessments and developing treatment plans, providing case management, facilitating multidisciplinary staffings, administering disciplinary action and reinforcing organizational policies and procedures, writing performance reviews, and facilitating presentations of continuing education sessions.
